If you watch the highlights and replays of the game, most talk about James Stark's great performance.
Haven't seen anyone mention the three back set the Packers unveiled. IMO finally starting Quinn Johnson at FB really made a difference in the running attack.
When I saw both Kuhn & Johnson in the backfield/w Starks @ hb, I said to myself, MM is going to run the ball this game. No matter what, he made a commitment to rush the football and it paid off.
THis formation may get the Packers all the way to the Super Bowl. Especially once they start to run different plays (handoff to kuhn or quinn instead of Starks) and play action from this formation.
Awesome job by mm to establish a running game.

We've seen the Packers deploy the wishbone throughout the season. This wasn't the first game it was use.

Sorry, I do not remember seeing a backfield of Kuhn, Johnson, Starks before Sunday.
Not saying it did not happen, but i don't remember seeing it.
and i definitely do not remember any games this year where Quinn Johnson was
the main blocking FB on every play.
GB ran wishbone twenty times during reg season. once a game
wishbone

This comment is where my comment of we've used it throughout the season was spawned from. I didn't imply we used it every game and it was a staple of our offense. I simply am saying, we've used it during the regular season.

I don't believe we have, maybe against the 49ers? I want to say we did a few plays with it then with that, but I'm probably wrong as Quinn Johnson probably wasn't even active, lol.
Just checked, Quinn was active in that game so maybe?

It is amazing that the Falcons are the elite team in the NFC although they seem to be truly average in their stats.
