Help!!!

Have not been logging on that much and have just seen all this shenaigins about a new packershome site.

I need to know a few things as I am basically computer illeterate and all I know is.....

1 how to start a thread

2: how to post on said thread etc...



With the new site

Will my old link in my bookmarks take me to it

Do I have to reregister?

Will we still have gameday features as per previous years


Any other questions I will ask I think of them#

It's been mad busy in my household lately.

My son has moved out to his own place. My wife has been off work sick for 11 weeks with a major flare up of her rheumatoid arthritis. My daughters 2 boys are getting christened soon so a loty of arranging is being done.
Then the week after that on June 18th my son gets married.

Haven't seen all this new site stuff until today so I'm totally out of the loop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The first two questions indicate you haven't tried because it's the same as the current PH site, lol.

It depends on what your current bookmark is. If it's simply http://PackersHome.com, yes it'll work. If you've bookmarked the site to an extension (e.g. Forums) then no, it will not work.

I'm working on importing all of the users, forum categories, topics and posts, so if all works well, you will NOT have to register. You most likely will have to change your password though.

GameDay Chat has already been up and running for a few days. I mentioned this in the thread. Ahem!



Congrats on your son moving out. That's terrible about your wife being so ill, I hope she gets better if at all possible.


I don't anticipate the new site being ready for several months. The next two weeks are pretty hectic for me and depending on how smooth everything goes, it could be far off.
