The Bengals are a decent team - touted by some as among the best in the AFC.

What worries me is that for the first time this season we DON'T face a team with a big time RB. That probably means emphasis is taken off stopping the run. I've seen the past couple of seasons games like that where relative nobody RBs have big games against us. Also, they throw to their TEs a lot, which always seems to be a problem for the Packers.

Also, their D is a LOT tougher than Washington's - although maybe not quite up to San Fran's.

I see this as a trap game. We should win, but it probably won't be easy.

I'll guess
31 - 24 Packers.

We're not as bad as we looked in the Niners game.
MAYBE not as good as we looked against the Skins.

Should be a good test game.

Close game, but Pack goes 2-1.

I'll say
24-16.

AR: 3 more TDs.
Running game returns to its sputtering form.
Defense gives up under 275 yards and just one TD.

Thank God the Bengals don't have a real QB to take advantage of all the weapons the Bengals have on offense. Green, Sanu, Eifert, Gresham, Bernard and Green-Ellis. Gonna need good safety play to deal with their TEs.

The Bengals have looked pretty good so far this year. Dalton is a pretty good QB, but I wouldn't put him in my top 5 or anything like that. I could see this game as a struggle, but the Pack is the better team overall from what I have seen. They did a pretty good job getting through the Pittsburgh front line, so I hope protecting our QB is high on the priorities for the game plan.

My prediction Packers win 34-27

The last time I underrated Dalton he kicked the Badgers ass in Pasadena. The guy is not great, but he is decent, and he has tall quality receivers - often a problem for the Packers.

This is a "should win" game but not a team we will roll over.
Should be a good competitive match up and should be fun to watch unless you are one of those fans that gets depressed when every win isn't easy.

He's a great QB in a "leadership" sense. He has the command of the offense and knows it and he's certainly not just a game manager. But as far as his arm strength, mechanics, accuracy etc, the dude just doesn't have it. Watched the first half of the Steelers-Bengals and the dude was just constantly overthrowing receivers. Nearly got one of them killed going over the middle because he couldn't get the ball down with the velocity needed.

TBH, I'm more worried about TEs in this matchup.
