Well, I'm going to guess your frame of reference are guys like Koresh and TPB. :)
When you have the population this state has you're going to have your fair share.
Not that Wisconsin has any reason to be proud with it's multiple serial killers.


I may move on out and back up to Wisconsin this summer but not sure I want 8 months of winter.
I have a few weeks of it as it is now.
