Part I of the responsive design layout was implemented during the last off season which included the core site structure.
Part II of this project is the YAF Forums that we use for discussions. This is a complete overhaul of the YAF controls design and is very time consuming. I've been looking at other forum software for concepts of what they did that works and what doesn't work and what I like and don't like to help build a solid user experience on multiple devices.
The [h]Forum Category List[/h] (seen here) is the closest to being done.
NOTE: You have to bust your cache to get the updated CSS changes. To do this, you must manually reload the webpage that looks "goofy" by hitting F5 or Right Click > Refresh (or reload depending on browser).

Kevin, this may be what I was talking about in my PM.
I'll try to describe what I was talking about a little better here.
I've noticed in the past few days that the forums have a different look to them.
The layout, font, everything like that seems the same but the topics seem bunched together.
Like the difference between a single spaced document and a double spaced one.
In fact that is almost exactly how I would describe it.
It looks like someone took a space or two out between the thread topics.
You have the thread title and underneath it started by... then right underneath the next bold thread tittle starts.
I just seem to recall more space in between the Stated by... and the next thread title.
I could be wrong.
I looked at the forum category list and I really like that.
It looks nice an clean.
Like I said in the PM its not a big deal, I was just wondering if it might be something in my settings.
I know you helped me with something on that during the last changes you made.
The phrase "if it ain't broke don't fix it" comes to mind but I have no idea what it takes to keep something like this up on your end so what doesn't appear to be broke to me may very well be something that needs to be fixed by you.
I did just notice in the last week or so the massive influx in our choice of emoticons.
I have no idea how long they have been there.
EDIT:
Never mind.
I did the F5 thing and now each topic is contained within its each little box and it looks very nice and clean.
I can't tell if it is different than the look before my complaint (it seems to be but I only seem to notice when things change an not the way they were) but it does look nice.
Thanks

I'm glad you got it worked out.
I opened the site in a different browser and seen exactly what you were referring to and when I hit F5, things looked gooder.
Changing the controls with YAF is kind of a domino effect. When I changed one, I had to at least address another.
In this instance, I changed controls for the Forum Category List and had to touch the Topics List.
The listing of Topics will be vastly improved if I can implement my "vision".
Ugh, that's right the smiley stuff. That needs completely reworked too.
