Must all images first be loaded to photo album before they can be posted ?

Please explain, in detail, how to use a link to post directly in a "copy" -> "paste" operation.

You click the [img=http://www.packershome.com/forum/Scripts/yafEditor/attach.png]paperclip[/img] file attachment icon and then click the upload button and the next dialog box pretty much sums it up. If you're encountering issues, let me know how to reproduce it so it can be fixed. Thanks.
