I'm surprised no one came along to this one, who would think Donovan Mcnabb was the smartest nfl player in history of nfl.

Great Find

``I hate to see what happens in the Super Bowl and I hate to see what happens in the playoffs, to settle with a tie,'' McNabb said.

McNabb, a 10-year NFL veteran, said at a postgame news conference that he didn't realize games could end in ties until the final play of yesterday's extra period, when his coach called for a deep pass in a last-ditch attempt to earn the win.

In an unrelated development, the fans and media are stirring in Philadelphia, (again).
Speculation that Andy will be gone...further speculation that Donovan will be traded.
The purple board is stirring, Pack93z has weighed in, so have I.
As I am force-fed the games due to geography, I have seen most of them.
Tie game against a 1-8 team going in, lost mobility, inconsistency, etc.
NONSENSE... (and I read what you said, Pack...you are not wrong often, just this time  ) If this guy comes to Minnesota, be afraid... be very afraid.
His knee is healed. He still has the cannon of an arm. He is still an extreme load to bring down.
He is not stupid... as fun as it would be to think he was... as a matter of fact, he is one of the most entertaining interviews in the league, as he has a wit about him... a self-effacing demeanor, etc.
The Eagles have Brian Westbrook in the backfield.
He has been hurt a lot lately.
When he is healthy, he is a premier back in the NFL, yet defenses cannot "stack the box" against him like they can against AD. Why?
Donovan McNabb.
If we were to try to stack the box against him, he would smoke us...absolutely smoke us.
It is a scary thought. I hope he stays right here in Philly.
I don't like him, as a matter of fact, I hate him, but that's in a good way.

I hope NOBODY in the NFC North gets him...if the bears got him, i'd be mad.
If the Vikings got him, i'd be mad.

Ye, Eagles fans are... well... idiots in my eyes. They complain about pretty much everything. Imo, they deserve a couple of years of Kitna and Tom Cable so they can come back to McNabb and Andy Reid on their knees.

I guess they just don't appreciate what they have just yet, maybe they'll wisen up when they're stuck with all kinds of crappy QBs for a time or something. I certainly don't hope they're going to let McNabb go and get Cassell, because they might just go after him with pitchforks when he turns out to be a 'bust'.
