NFL and NFLPA agreed on an 11 game with $5 million fine to go to charity for DeShaun Watson. That is better than six games, but I was hoping the suspension would be deferred a year and the fine would be more.

Do you think the NFL got it right or just got it less wrong?

Deshaun Watson needs to have full-play status in six games in 2022 to accrue a season. That's why the suspension is 11 games.
If it was longer, Cleveland would only have to pay Deshaun Watson needs to have full-play status in six games in 2022 to accrue a season. That's why the suspension is 11 games.
If it was longer, Cleveland would only have to pay $1M in base salary for Watson in 2023.M in base salary for Watson in 2023.

Well, as I believe he wasn't proven guilty (although I feel most likely he was) I'm kind of surprised he got that big of a suspension and fine.
I think that whatever he does in football now, all he will be remembered for is this situation.
