I am reposting in the hopes comments to the thread can be made., Martha

Any Interest?  Why not see if he would accept an incentive laden contract.
Arizona Cardinals release wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins
José M. Romero, Arizona Republic

Fri, May 26, 2023, 1:20 PM EDT

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (10) runs with the ball after a catch against the New England Patriots during the third quarter at State Farm Stadium in Glendale on Dec. 12, 2022.

The Arizona Cardinals released veteran wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins Friday, ending the five-time Pro Bowler's tenure with the team after three seasons.

Hopkins had expressed a desire to be dealt after last season, but continued to work out on his own while the team convened for offseason activities. In the end, it appeared the Cardinals could not find the level of compensation they sought for Hopkins in a trade and moved on from him.

Hopkins immediately becomes a free agent with his release.(This is a developing story).

I have no interest, as he's used to being overpaid and sounds like that's the current issue with the playoffs bound teams trying to sign him... he wants top dollar.

Packers are rebuilding their cap space and their WR depth and chemistry, and Packers might not be a playoff team even with him ...

If he was willing to take a incentive laden contract, where if he doesn't produce he doesn't get the big bucks, then maybe.
He would have to be a model citizen as well.
we don't need a locker room cancer with all the young guys
