wpr, that score is completely outrageous and out of touch with reality...because everyone knows Green Bay is gonna drop 250 points on them easily ;)

Week 1, Packers #1, vs the #32 team might be my favorite reoccurring post ever!

After a rash of injuries, the makeup of Bears' offensive line remains unclear
Even if the Bears Oline was fully healthy, I'm not sure I'd put much stock into it. Bringing back 3 members of a bad oline, signing a FA and drafting a rookie RT in the first round doesn't seem like much of an upgrade (from very crappy to less crappy).
I think we can win this game by controlling the LoS against this oline. If Gary was fully healthy, I'd be certain of it.
The Bears have practiced with their desired starting offensive line for just three days — and that was in veteran minicamp in June. Veteran right guard Nate Davis, who signed a three-year deal in March, elected to skip the majority of voluntary workouts and then missed much of training camp with an undisclosed injury. The Bears also have been without center/guard Cody Whitehair, center/guard Lucas Patrick, rookie tackle Darnell Wright and third-year guard Teven Jenkins during the preseason due to injuries.
As the Bears prepare to kick off the regular season Sunday against the Packers, they haven’t revealed a starting offensive line.

Posted this in the other thread, belongs here.
I see The Packers are getting 1 point.
The over/under is 43.
Jones and Dillon will have a combined 200 yds of total offense.
Allowing The Packers to control the clock.
J10VE throws for 225 and a TD.
Packers D shows up, forcing 3 take aways.
Take The Packers +1, and the under.
Packers 24
Bears 17
BOOK IT!!!

Brace yourselves for the bare fans excuses.
We'da one (Misspelling intentional.) if not for
The injuries.
The refs.
We ran out of time.
The coaches.
The owners.
Fill in the blank ___________
