After all the hype built up around the Bears this offseason thanks to Chicago-land media and legions of delusional fans, the wheels have come flying off and the bus flew straight into a gas station causing a massive explosion that set off several parked tanker trucks. An 0-2 start that has seen the team look lost on offense and on defense, coaching staff in disarray. This team is seemingly falling apart at every level.

Fields appeared to blame coaching in an interview on Wednesday before further clarifying his comments. The Bears offense is a complete mess from a scheme and play calling perspective. If you haven't watched JT Sullivan's videos breaking down Justin Fields play, give'em a watch (Week 1 and Week 2). If you don't have time to watch both in their entirety, watch 15-20 minutes and you'll get a nice bite sized sample. Sullivan frequently has to stop the video and either says nothing or says with exasperation "What are we doing here?" For example, the Bears will run a pass play with receivers on the same side of the field and the receivers will run identical routes at the same depth meaning that neither have space to operate and create separation. And when something does go right for the Bears, Fields often won't make a throw or his timing is far off that the whole play is out of whack. The offensive line is a train wreck thanks to a lack of talent and injuries. Multiple players either dogging it or going through the motions.

On defense, there's nothing there. For a team that has a former DC as head coach with his guy at DC (or was at DC), there's nothing there to suggest that they're getting more than the sum of the parts. Sure there's a lack of talent on the line and in the secondary, but there's nothing to suggest that the current coach is gonna be the guy to turn it around. Given how irregular Alan Williams resignation is at the moment, I'm not gonna say anything there in case it turns out to be something serious.

I'm gonna come out and say it-this team isn't winning more than 2 games this season which means they'll probably end up with the #1 pick. Again. And they currently have the rights to the Panthers #1 which is also projected to be a high one (Vegas has their win over/under at 6.5). Right now it's the only thing keeping their fans alive at the moment. But lets be real here, would you trust Poles at this point or a new guy hired by the McCaskey Family? This is the same ownership that let the last GM Ryan Pace trade future draft capital to move up and take a QB in the first round when both he and head coach Matt Nagy were in the hot seat (equivalent to burrowing someones credit card, buying materials to make a bomb and then returning the card with the bomb attached through the letter hole). All I know is if I'm Caleb Williams and the Bears get the #1, I'm either gonna think about returning to or pulling an Elway/Manning move.

In a light hearted note, yesterday was Ryan Poles birthday. Hell of a day.

To be fair the national media was annoying as well. They anointed Fields as an MVP candidate. Looks like Bustin Justin is going to be in the running.😄

And now they're supposedly out $100,000...

PFT link belowMore than $100,000 of equipment was stolen from Soldier Field, according to ABC 7 in Chicago.

The equipment included gators and lawn mowers, and happened overnight Wednesday when someone tore down a security fence to drive the equipment out of a garage.

Dolphins did take their foot off the gas. The Broncos just refused to tackle. It was like watching a pissed off cat burst through a wet paper bag. Zero resistance from Broncos lol

The Denver Broncos, after getting annihilated 70-20, giving up 10 TDs and 726 yards of total offense open as 2.5 favorites over Da Bares
