This game could easily go either direction. It 100% depends on which Packers team decides to show up. I feel like the Giants game might’ve been a wake up call/back to reality type of game, or at least I hope it was.

The injuries are not going to help us. Might have a couple practice squad guys playing receiver.

Tampa 27, Packers 13
Tampa Defense
-
Two Picks
-
Three Sacks
-
Two Fumble Recoveries

Nevertheless, as Alexander Pope said
“Hope springs eternal in the human breast"

and
“Blessed is he who expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed.”

Although I was incorrect on how we would lose, the offense was actually decent, it was a two touchdown shellacking, and not as close as the score.

As I mentioned in another thread, this team is soft. Starting with the defense and with an offensive line that can’t effectively run block, we are a finesse only team.

Most important we are losing football team heading in the wrong direction. Yes, the wide receivers seem to have promise, as does Kraft and our quarterback. Zack Tom looks like the real deal at right tackle, but we have a ton of holes to fill.

At this point, we are clearly the worst team in our division.

Kind of messed up. Going into Lions and Chiefs games I felt more confident than the last two weeks.
I was kinda thinking Giants would just dominate the Packers and that would be a kick in the pants that gets them going vs Buccaneers.
But losing that (heartbreaking to watch for me) way to Giants just deflated me from having much to any hope this week.
I really don't see the Packers winning more than one more game of these last three. The defense is just too soft and the offense gets away from the running game.

Nevertheless, as Alexander Pope said

My favorite Pope quote is from General Samuel Sturgis when he said:
"I don't care for Pope one pinch of owl dung."
Oh wait. That was Civil War General JOHN Pope. Never mind.

I'm looking for the smirk after today's terrible game.

I couldn’t disagree more. They play hard.
They took a playoff team on the road to the fourth quarter, nearly won it on a Hail Mary.

I guess we will see in the final week of the season but I will bet you good money they pound the shit out of us.

they don’t quit, we do.

They play hard we play soft.

Coming into the game today, Packers were a playoff team.
