I swear I've seen it do something like this before this instance.

It's because of the datetime-local javascript plugin. It's a bug that's been in YAF for probably 15 years. No one has been able to pinpoint it and resolve it.

The thing is how difficult it is to reproduce. And after a few years, the YAF developers just kind of laughed at it's existence.
