I don't know, I've never been able to explain PFF's grading other than they put a lot on what they consider to be a need.

And I disagree with those grades.

Offense and Defensive line help please. IF King is his 2022 self. (Big if) they may only need a backup CB or two next year. I figure Stokes, Nixon and perhaps Ballentine won't return. That leaves JA, King and Valentine.

Yeah when I looked at contracts and tried to guess needs my thoughts were

1) Tied CB and DT
2) Tied CB and DT
3) OL

And I just really liked that WR when I was looking early at the 2024 draft, thinking he was coming out this year. Fast, height (maybe not the weight) and good route runner.

This defense is largely about the defensive front, so I wouldn't be surprised if they keep grabbing DL guys.

And while the Packers are excited about the CBs potential, outsides are less certain, but it might hinge on how CB Strokes turns out.

OL, OL, OL, got to protect Love and help the run game. I don't know why they list Davis as an OG, unless it's because he was a small school guy under 6'5", but he's only been at LT, and transferred from New Mexico (or New Mexico State) to Illinois, and looks like he'll be the LT there, and Bakhtiari and Tom are both under 6'5" too. Ersery, has only been at LT too.

Packers and Lions have made a number of trades the last couple of years.

Currently PFF has a number of DTs wrongly labeled as Edge Defenders, Stackhouse is a 320lb DT.
