How do you feel about this trick play? (In the video below)
I don't know any rule against it, though I also don't like this level of tricky, but hey, if it's allowed, it's allowed.
I also don't like the fake spike or fake kneel down, getting the defense to relax and throw a deep shot. As there is an unwritten rule that the defense should let up there ... which if they should let up, then the play should be over. Otherwise, the defense should be allowed to take cheap shots when you are actually spiking it or kneeling it, as they don't know if it's real or fake.

In many states, unless there is a no huddle situation, the players must be inside the hash marks to participate.
In NCAA, NAIA, and NFL, I believe this play would be flagged for illegal substitution/participation.
