Given the length of the deal and Hardmans track record, I wouldn't be surprised is he's looking for another team come August. Feels like a signing designed as insurance in case they miss out on someone on day 3 of the Draft.

I'm not sure this is as much for WR, as it is for returner, as Nixon said, he doesn't want to be a returner anymore, as that's not what #1 CBs do.

If Packers are having Nixon focus on CB, and Reed is going to focus on helping fill in for Watson recovering from his injury, the Packers need someone else to step up as a returner.

I've seen some folks on Tweeter complaining about this signing. I believe it's a one year deal, no guaranteed, so really not sure we have to lose. Other than one spot out of a 90 man roster.
