Someone was arguing that Jordan Love is coming in early. Stating Quarterbacks means backup QB's and Love is to arrive Tuesday.

Personally, it feels folks are grasping at straws to prop Jordan Love up on a pedestal. I think he's a great dude, great teammate and doesn't need the fluff.

Either way, glad he's here and he's our QB. It's going to be fantastic watching him win Super Bowl MVP.

Well the tweet was correct as he did show up early than when vet QB's are suppose to show up. And you are correct, this is the year we win. I have the NFL script right here and it says so!

How was the Tweet correct that Jordan Love showed up early?
Based on what the Packers website says, it seems Quarterbacks and rookies and injured players report at the same time. And then Tuesday the veterans report.

Friday, July 18 - Quarterbacks, rookies and injured players report.
Tuesday, July 22 - Veteran players report.


It doesn't make sense they would say Quarterbacks meaning just Taylor Elgersma (only rookie QB on roster) when he's included as "rookies". Granted, it wouldn't be the first time the Packers have something that doesn't make sense. This just feels blatantly obvious that all QB's report with rookies. It's also logical too. Why would you want all QB's except leader of the team?

I haven't read anything that suggests Jordan Love arrived early. Everything I've read suggests he is a Quarterback and Quarterbacks were to report along with rookies and injured players on Friday. 🤷

This doesn't mean that's right. It just means no one has provided anything that contradicts the obvious.
