Man, I hope we can win this.
It would hurt VERY badly if we lost, especially because it's an NFC game.

The way we've been improving since the first game and the way they've been declining, we should win this one.
If our defense can get some pressure again and the O-line can play half decent, we should easily win this one. Maybe we could get Charles another pick or two and a sack in the process. Would get him a little closer to DPotY.
That said, we've lost games we should win before. Like in Tampa. As long as we execute well, we should win. Problem is, we will have to execute.

Weather Update: High of 33 and cloudy. Will probably feel like 15-20, maybe even lower being by the lake.
Execution from first to fourth quarter will determine this game. As long as our defense comes out to play I don't think we have anything to worry about. I truly believe we will have 1-3 picks in this game. The sacks will come as well as long as Capers brings the heat.
#1 defense...so amazing just to see.

Sure some think the pack should walk away with this game, but being a division rivalry this may be a battle. Biggest concern is they play serious, or they may give up a game they should win (Tampa comes to mind.)
If the defense performs well,
this game should be in the bag. Pass coverage should take advantage of Cutler's bad judgment and over confidence. I see 2 if not more picks in tis game. Woodson and Mathews will eat their offense alive.
I would like to see the penalties under control (especially false starts - not acceptable.) The occasional penalty can be a good thing in a way, as it shows that a team is still agressive.
As long as the OL protects Rodgers like they have been, we should see points on the board. Chicago defense is decent but shouldn't be a huge threat.
I think screen passes and a solid running game would be effective against the bears defense.
My pick: Packs by 17

Ya, IM--
When all you [strike]Wisconsin [/strike]whole damn midwest folk started posting about the blizzard, I would LIKE to be able to say that my first thoughts were concern regarding power outages, having to shovel, the dangers associated, etc.
NOT, lol
sorry.
Instead I started scouring the weather forecast in Chicago for Sunday.
My greatest fear was that the weather would stick around until then.
It seems like a great "equalizer" when it starts getting below around 20.
I think the weather (as projected) favors us.

"IronMan"Looks like we may luck out. The forecast for Sunday:
High of 37 degrees.
Low of
35 degrees.
Wow...good news. I think if the weather stays clear and we don't implode like we did vs. Tampa that we should come away with a pretty easy win. However, a few big returns from Knox and Hester and we could be in trouble. I say a relatively easy win..32-21 Packers.
