This was a great win. Despite the Vikings being a 3-7 team, games against them have been close ones the past several years. Plus it's great to get the whole Favre vs. Rodgers thing out of the way. I'm hoping Favre will stick to his word and call it quits after this year.

As usual this season, it was the defense that set the tone, and this time the offense was able to get on track and do its part.

The only players who struggled were the rookies: Bulaga, Zombo, and Shields. But it didn't matter. Everyone else played great. Jennings had a monster game. I've been waiting all year for that.

After the first quarter, I did something I normally don't do. I said that it looked like last year's game and that Rodgers had a deer in the headlights type of thing going on. I was thinking it was going to be 13-10 defensive game at that time.

I thought they'd throw a late 4th Q TD after the game was pretty much over.

I really think that the begginning of the game was kind of like they were a little rusty from the time off.
Then they pulled it all together and dominated the whole rest of the game.
