After work, I'll add more to this and try to explain it better.

The number to the right of the member name, is the accumulated amount of thumbs up and down said member received for any and all posts that have received either a thumbs up or thumbs down.

The number between the Up/Down graphics is how many times the members POST has received a thumbs up or down.

I like this, it kind of fills the same role that "Thanks" do, but I like the thumbsup a bit better, although I'm not sure why. Only thing I'd change is the background color on the icon, maybe make it a bit darker. Or you could make it a lighter and change the foreground color to something darker. Kind of hard to see right now.

Ooh, or you could put a thumbs up icon with a Packers helmet inside the fist, and a thumbs down with a Bears helmet inside the fist. You'd need to make the icons larger of course, but it'd be awesome :D

so I'll have to locate within the CSS which graphic links are used. Then decide which graphics to replace them with, which is where I'm at now. Same thing with the Online/Offline. I know how to replace them, just not sure with what yet.

By the way, how often do the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down totals update?
If I give someone a thumbs up or down, the value on the post registers immediately, but it takes hours for their net value to change.
Is it recalculated only once a day or something?
