That's not true. The usage of Up/Down has been around longer than even Facebook. I remember seeing it when I was using WebTV in the late 90's. And Facebook uses "Like", not thumbs up/down. I have no clue what Twitter uses.

Anyway, it'll probably be gone in the next release or the following one. I've been reading and communicating with the developers and they are sold on a built in +/- system. This is important because I can modify it, just as I did with the +/- module with the old software.
