Nope, the source of the issues is the forums. We have to get that updated then we'll see improvements.

I take that back. The popup login is still just as much of a pain in the ass as the old way.

I have FireFox set to delete cookies every time it closes, so let's say I bring up PackersHome in a new browsing session, and find something I want to respond to in a topic.

I click "Login" at the top of the screen, and it brings up the popup. It doesn't remember my user name, because cookies were cleared last time I closed FireFox. Usually no problem, since FireFox will offer to remember my name and password for most sites. On this site, that dialog never opens for some reason, so I have to type in get_louder_at_lambeau (the underscores because spaces aren't allowed are kind of a pain too) and my password, if I remember which version of my standard lower security password I had to use to satisfy the password requirements of this site.

Then it kicks me out of not only the topic I was trying to post in, but the whole Packers section of the forum. So I have to go back into the Packers section and hope I remember which topic I was in, scroll down to find the post I wanted to quote and respond to, and then I'm finally ready to post.

Just giving some constructive feedback on a pet peeve that wastes a little of my time every time I post on this site. I know it sounds bitchy, but that's why.
