IE6 doesn't even display the graphical PNG file extensions properly. Pathetic.

I think Grant needs more carries. He's inconsistent and you never know when he'll bust one. His stats are deceiving.

png's are a thing of beauty.
I use them all the time.
I'd have some really nice transparency and someone using IE will complain they can't see it correctly.
I'm not going to "fix" my artwork just because someone is using a bad browser.

png is an open standard.
It is open.
Everyone has access to the standards.
The fact that Microsoft hates png is their problem.

Now back to Grant.
I disagree.
It wasn't Grant that was inconsistent.
It was our OL.

The games where Grant was bad, take a look at the film again.
He was getting hit at the line and there were no holes.
Wasn't his fault.
We can't expect Ryan Grant to be Barry Sanders.

Grant is actually pretty consistent.
You give him a hole, he'll hit it and get you yards.
You don't give him holes, he'll do his best, but don't expect anything big.
And once Grant's in the open field, forget it.
You're not going to catch him.

Our Gs leave something to be desired.
I'm not high on any of them.
I'm hoping Sitton steps up.
I want to like Jason Spitz, but he's erratic.
He's good one game, then not good another game.

Yes.
He doesn't hit the hole as fast as Grant does.

He is however a capable #2.

jackson also needs to improve on his blocking skills picking up blitzing LBers. Between Grant and jackson, the packers will try and establish a running attack early in the season. I can't see rodgers putting the ball up 50 times a game like favre did last year.

True that!
Although towards the end of the year I think that mold was shaken off. Maybe he gets scared early, then gets hit, realizes HEY IM TOUGH and gets less pussyish?

Oh, agreed.

I was at the Niners game and if our RBs looked like that in regular season, we'll be seeing more than we want to see of Brohm and/or Flynn.
