If the DB was where he was supposed to be, Rodgers probably would not have made that throw. It's all about taking advantage of your opponents' weaknesses. Make 'em pay dearly for their mistakes.

Looked like Rogders saw a break down in the seam. Got it up just high enough to get to Jennings. Looked like a throw Favre would try to make on the side lines.
