Rodgers is now 171/239 for 2342 yards, 20 touchdowns, 3 interceptions and a passer rating of 125.2 on the season.
The best season passer rating of all time was 121.1 by Peyton Manning in 2004.
Rodgers is on pace to have a season for the ages.

Only thing is Peyton plays in a dome most of the year where as Brady and Rodgers now have put up similar numbers playing out in the cold way more. So I don't think rodgers will keep up THIS pace but I see him around 110.

Starks and the o-line get major props for the way the game ended. I didn't think they were going to run the draw from shotgun, thinking it was too obvious. I think that one went for 15 yards. Starks ran HARD from those heavy-I sets.
P.S. wtf is with my posts having this "Show/Hide" button? Someone help me understand the internets and compooters.

The Packers went into that drive with 60 rushing yards on the game . . . and came out of it with 116.
That's some solid work on Starks' part.

Last year the Vikings would have had the ball back but Starks and the Oline made some plays. I feel for Starks cause our OLine really does hang him out to dry too much. Hopefully we can run block better as the weather gets cooler.

The Packers have started 7-0 for the first time since 1962.
With their victory over the Vikings, the Packers tied the league record, set by the 1942-43 Redskins, of 13 consecutive victories while never trailing in the 4th quarter.
They will have a chance to break that record against the Chargers in two weeks.

PPOOne cool thing that I noticed in the game today...
On third down if you complete a pass beyond that little yellow line across the field they let you have a new set of downs to play offense instead of having to punt on the next play. I think that may really come in handy in some of the remaining games. In fact I can think of a couple times in the first 6 weeks where that would have been really useful as well.
Anyway Im not sure if anyone else noticed that or not, but it sure jumped out at me!!! Very cool.

Jermichael FinleyCoach said in the first quarter, 'They're going to shoot their wad, and we've just got to come out and play our type of ball,' and we did. We're the only team in the league that's got that goose egg behind us. We've just got to stay humble and don't get complacent.
