Gaycandybacon;222577If we get Jordy back, we'll put up 30 points. 31-10 Pack.

Great Point...
However.... Perhaps for the long run... It would be best to just rest Jordy through the bye week.

QUOTE:

"I am quickly becoming a big fan of Randall Cobb, the Packers' do-it-all athlete. You would never know the Packers' two best receivers (Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson) were sidelined by injuries with Cobb on the field. Cobb can do it all as a receiver, runner and returner. To date he has 78 touches for 1,161 yards, five touchdowns, 28 first downs as a runner and receiver and close to a dozen in hidden yardage from punt and kick returns. Cobb is on pace for 2,700 yards of total offense this year."

I loathe Randall Cobb too.. I'm happy we have him, he's like the 2nd Greg Jennings on this team. \:d/

DakotaT;222571Can the announcers on MNF get any worse than Turico and Gruden?
Give me Dennis Miller over these any day.

How dare you

Since69;222579Dennis Miller fuck yeah!
(But I actually like Chucky in the booth.)

This game should be a walk in the park for us. 'Zona has a decent defense, but their offense is a train wreck. They may be the only team in the league with a worse running game than us. (and speaking of our running game...)

jags offense is a "trainwreck" they moved the ball pretty well against us

but hey, thats a patter, no surprise here

The Packers can't win two in a row without Jordy Nelson AND John Kuhn AND Greg Jennings. This team will look too much towards the BYE and the Cardinals solid defense will stifle the Packers.

Packers 17
Cardinals 24

If Jermichael Finley could get open and catch the ball, I would say the loss of #1 and #2 WR doesn't hurt as much. That's not the case and without Jordy Nelson at the very least, the Packers won't break 20 points offensively.

Packerchick is going to the game.
She's good luck.
We finally get our blowout against a mediocre team. =d>

I'm glad this game is in GB, my guess is that will be the difference. Also, it depends on who is healthy. It will be tough if we have to play without the same players, plus what is the status of Worthy and Neal? It would be nice if we could rest all the wounded with the bye week coming. But this is a critical game, as is each one through Chicago. A 3 game lead would be difficult, at best, to overcome.

Finley had his chance to be "the Man" in this game . . . yet he disappointed . . . again.

M
ike Mccarthy Sticking With Alex Green

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy is sticking by Alex Green as the team’s starting running back.

Green rushed for just 54 yards on 22 carries during the Packers’ 24-15 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Despite getting 20-plus carries in each of his three starts, Green has yet to rush for more than 65 yards in a game. Green is averaging just 2.4 yards per carry in his three starts.

Yet McCarthy is keeping Green in the starting role over James Starks or Randall Cobb according to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. McCarthy says Green is most deserving back on their roster.

“[Starks] will probably be given more opportunities as we go through the week, but there are a number of different factors that are involved with that and the biggest one is Alex Green has earned these opportunities,” McCarthy said.

Green took over the starting role when Cedric Benson was placed on injured reserve due to a foot sprain following the Packers Week Five loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Benson received the “designated to return” tag and is eligible to return for Green Bay’s Week 14 game against the Detroit Lions.

Until then it appears as though Green will continue to have opportunities to make an impact in the Packers’ backfield.

GIVE ME STARKS OR GIVE ME DEATH

thats a little extreme but I couldn't think of a less extreme word that went with the flow.

even if it's "just" the Cardinals, we BARELY beat JAX, take no team lightly.

our D and O are still waay to inconsistant for me ever to feel comfortable before the clock hits 0:00.
