I am thinking that the officials saw that facemask and how bad they blew that call, which is why the calls started going Shields way after that.
They can look up at the Jumbotron just as easily as the rest of us.
He also had Shields facemask in the offensive PI in the endzone.

Sammy needs to watch himself though next week.
You can bet the officials this week will see this film enough and see the grabs Sammy got away with and be watching for them.
Also opposing coaches will see it and make sure they point it out to the officials before the game starts.
