Where do we keep the section? What do we name it that makes people check it before creating a new thread?

I have this completely coded as a Win Form app, but I'm not sure if I want it as a web service just yet, nor do I know where I'd be able to place it. I don't think my host allows web service access.
I ran it on the beta site and worked great.

I've had this running for about half hour here.

You can see how some of the threads are duplicated. But I am thinking I could bring someone on to merge those when it happens. Also, keep in mind that you see RSS all over because no one is posting on the beta site lol

Yes, I wanted Monday for go live (err Sunday night actually, live FOR Monday) but the whole moving to a new host thing delayed that.
