PackersHome offers two themes, one that is dark and one that is light. You can choose which one you prefer by editing your profile page. Here is a link if you have troubles finding it - link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and under Forum Settings you will see "Select your preferred theme:" with a drop down menu to the right. Simply select the theme you prefer.
