With you being at home, could you download/install FireFox or Chrome?
I think IE screws people up quite a bit. It's not a very good browser, especially the versions prior to IE10.

Thanks, its more for curiosity sake than anything. You're using Windows 7 with IE9 ... you should not have any issues whatsoever.

installed firefox. now it won't let me login with my username and password. Do I need to reregister?. Im signed out from my acct on IE.

No i had to sign in on IE to make the post. It won't let me sign in with firefox. I put in my username,Redid my password already also,and password and it acts like it is going to sign in then takes me back to the main page where it says sign in or register.

When you installed FireFox, did you click yes to "import settings from internet explorer" ??
Edit, also, you can be logged into several devices and browsers with no worries. I'm logged in via phone, table, work laptop, home laptop on a few browsers as I test the chat room. Sadly, I have no issues at all so it's hard for me to help while being blind.
