I think he's explosive and I think he'll get after the QB.

This doesn't explain your post about not wanting to hear any more bitching about 3 - 4 defensive tackle, even thought that position is actually nose tackle. Why did you say that comment? I do not get it!!

My choice for center just went to Dallas.

With the 3-4 you can actually have DE, DT, NT.
It is more about where they lineup.
NT would be head up on C or C/G gaps.
DT would be from shading inside shoulder to outside shoulder of Guards.
DE would be G/T gaps to head up on Tackles.

I actually understand what nerd is trying to say. A lot of people on here complain about not having the correct personnel for a 3-4 defense.
Saying that we don't have a prototypical DE for a 3-4.
But now the Packers just drafted one, so he's saying that nobody can complain about it anymore.
