I've contacted the tech support and they are saying we need to upgrade $10/month to a higher memory allowance. I don't think the site is suddenly using more than 512MB of memory when it hasn't reach that in many months.

Thinking that MAYBE the latest upgrade last week was dishing out a memory leak, I've thrown us up on the latest update. We'll see how it goes.
I haven't heard back from tech support after I gave them my response that I wasn't fully agreeing with them about the memory usage. I'm hoping for some trace stats to see what was using memory.
