I am usually not a big fan of vetoing trades unless there is obvious collusion.
Some trades may be lopsided but IMO you can't always veto stupidity.
as for this one
Frank Gore
Bobby Rainey
Tony Romo
for
Tom Brady
Jamaal Charles
Justin Forsett
It was lopsided in favor of team two but at the time it probably did not appear as bad as it would have pre season or now.
I still would not have vetoed it.
As for this one
Stevan Ridley RB NE (rank: 32-164) from Jenova Project
Colin Kaepernick QB SF (rank: 14-24) from Jenova Project
Randall Cobb WR GB (rank: 18-58) from Jenova Project
Team 2 gets
Percy Harvin WR SEA (rank: 26-79) from Ohyafoster
Peyton Manning QB DEN (rank: 3-3) from Ohyafoster
Marshawn Lynch RB SEA (rank: 1-13) from Ohyafoster
Team 1 would be really taking it on this one but I probably still would not have vetoed it unless there was evidence of collusion rather than just stupidity. (I know this trade was just proposed and not accepted)
as for this one
Jenova Project gets
Tim Wright TE NE (rank: 19-267) from The Fighting Roadkill
Shane Vereen RB NE (rank: 18-111) from The Fighting Roadkill
The Fighting Roadkill gets
Gavin Escobar TE DAL (rank: 26-331) from Jenova Project
Joseph Randle RB DAL (rank: 81-464) from Jenova Project
Darren Sproles RB PHI (rank: 19-121) from Jenova Project
who cares, if you are starting any of these guys except as a bye week replacement you have bigger problems than this trade will help you with.
The of this whole thing that bothers me if it is true is that a rule was changed in the middle of a season.
I just don't like that.

The Packershome League has not changed any rules.

Most likely because Frank Gore isn't getting any carries and seems to be closing in to the end of his (49ers) career. Tony Romo is, as always, all over the place and with Doug Martin coming back this week, Bobby Rainey's carries are gone, as well.
So Rainey is the solid starter and beat out Martin
and Gore is back to being Gore.
Romo was having a good year also until he hurt his back.
Btw where is Porky on this deal seeing he was so for Martin being great.

Porky didn't say Doug Martin was going to be great. It was assumed Martin would HEAL and he appears to have not done that.
We need to focus TE Tim Wright and your claim about an unfair trade and then when offered said TE for an injured RB, you REJECTED the trade?
Jenova Project gets
Giovani Bernard RB CIN (rank: 10-61) from TTcrushers
TTcrushers gets
Tim Wright TE NE (rank: 20-289) from Jenova Project
You spoke so highly of STARTER Tim Wright, yet you reject this trade for a player who is injured?

I guess that's why you cut them, captain hindsight. If you truly thought they'd be an addition to your team, you would have stashed them.
As I'm typing this, Rainey, again, has been relegated. Tony Romo was all over the place at that time. Gore is up and down, but I admit that he's doing better than expected.
Still, you wouldn't have even thought about accepting that trade if you were on the other side.

You spoke so highly of Tim Wright yet rejected a trade for him and all it would have cost you was an injured RB.
The more you ignore this, the more silly you look for whining about that veto'd trade. [grin1]

dhazer;290404Btw where is Porky on this deal seeing he was so for Martin being great.
I objected to the entire body of the trade. I would never veto a trade because of one nitpick. In fact, I think this is the first trade I voted to veto since joining this league several years ago.
I saw Jamaal Charles going from No. 67 ranked back (as you put it) to a top 10 back. He's now No. 9 and trending upward. Why he was included in the trade today remains unanswered.
Forsett is a top 10 running back in the league, and Brady is the No. 5 quarterback. Romo is just No. 12, and I thought he'd be about even with Brady. Rainey, as I suspected, is currently apart of a committee. Gore is the No. 27 running back, and splitting the workload with Carlos Hyde.
It was a blatantly unfair trade. If anything, I underestimated just how lopsided it was, given the emergence of Justin Forsett.

lol
Was just trying to get a viable QB,
ELP was in need of a rb, McCown will be sittiing on his bench the rest of the year, figured a trade of a couple of minor players would not get such a reaction.
Just wondering how long it would have taken to veto the other trade I rejected.
Megatron for Shaky McCoy with a few bench players thrown in.
That would have lasted about 20 minutes!!!!!
