nerdmann;286598I'm declaring this game a failure, even if we come back and win.
We let a sh*tty team hang around far, far too long.
Just can't do that in this league, but this team does it consistently.
When you lose BOTH starting cornerbacks AND a starting inside linebacker, you can't seriously expect the defense to continue dominating. Be real here.
T.J. Lang with play of the game with his fumble recovery.

Crazy finish but at what cost? Lattimore, Shields and Williams all left the game with injuries.

Two. Starting. CBs. Out. And Lattimore.
I can imagine you're not very happy with the offensive execution. We could've ended it earlier, but the way we played it, we didn't look like we were going for the killshot, but rather for substained drives and getting the running game going.
You know, trying to get some time of possesion. The thing you said made us suck the last few games.
Then both your CBs go out and you can't contain them anymore.
And the offense somehow still pulls it out.
It wasn't dominant, but the way it went down, it's far from a complete failure.

That Dolphins defense played inpsired today, they wanted it bad and almost had it. Packer's defense made one last stop and the offense finished. I'll take it and gladly. Just hope the injury report is nothing more than bodies giving up in the heat. Was happy to see Sheilds sitting shotgun in the cart, can't affort missing him for too many games. Go Pack Go!

This game was anything but a failure. It wasn't pretty, but the Packers beat a decent team on the road in the heat in dramatic come-back fashion in a state in which Aaron Rodgers had never won before and while missing a few key players. Overall, the offense needs to play better, but this was a gutsy win. Most importantly, it's another win and it buys the Packers another week to build off the confidence and hopefully get better for the game next week. It could always be better, but it's hard to ask for much more most of the time in the NFL.
