wpr;291192yeah my son was saying the same thing.
wimps.

I told him I had no problem laughing at their misfortune.
[grin1]

I just haven't been obnoxious about it like most of their fans would be if it was the other way around.

I feel for some of them but others deserve this team.
On the other hand I dread the day I get together with my group of friends and my obnoxious Packer fan friend is there.
For the evening I put the over/under on "55 points, can you believe that?" somewhere north of 100 and I'll take the over.
In fact most of my Bears fans friends are pretty decent unless he is around.
Of course I haven't known this particular group of friends that long so the Bears fans have really had nothing to be obnoxious about since I've known them.

I know there are aholes on both sides. Most of the fans I know are pretty decent. It seems to be more bear fans simply because their group is larger.
As in anything, it only takes a few to ruin it for everyone else.

I took my friend and my minister to the Thur night bears packer game in 2012.
I felt bad for him and it was only a 23-10 score but the bears played really bad.

Zero.. You are right up there with the Decca Recording Co. as far as your analytical view of what is about to transcend.

"We don't like their sound, and guitar music is on the way out." -- Decca Recording Co. rejecting the Beatles, 1962.

Do I get points for having the last digits picked correct? [rockon]

The defense ruined Rodgers chances to get the passing TD record.
Had they given up a few more scores here and there maybe Rodgers would have stayed in a bit longer.

Yeah.
One more example of how the stinking defense ruins things. [grin1]

I think Randall Cobb should be benched. His fumble into the endzone was inexcusable.
He needs to sit.[grin1]

As far as feeling sorry for the Bears and their fans........do you think they felt sorry for us when the Bears beat the Packers by the score of (not sure if this is exactly what it was) 61-7???

I remember watching that game on TV. It was about as much fun for me as the Bears fans had last Sunday.

To this very day I'm angry that neither Holmgren, Sherman or McCarthy has given either Gilbert Brown or Raji a goal line carry in a blow out win over the Bears. Sure there's the Raji INT but it lacks the "We're crushing you and we're gonna shit all over right now with this play. Deal with it" feeling a goal line carry would. And hell, I don't think I was even alive for that game.

Edit: 1980. Nope, I wasn't!

I certainly remember the game
I don't need a big DL fatty run the ball in but I sure want the HC to run up the score a little more.
Somehow I still don't feel like they have repaid the bears for that game.
If they offense had put up 21 tds in the 2nd half I would have felt better but they just tried to run out the clock.
Of course the flip side is the bears were taking cheap shots so what would have happened if someone got injured in the process.
