I have thought about this for years, what do you think about it ?
Many years ago as I was watching a show , a magician performed using slight of hand to wow the audience.
I began to wonder if some of his skills could be applied to the game of football. Could some of that "magic" work for an offence in specially designed plays that would be developed and practiced in secret. A goal line play where the defense would be so fooled that a player could just walk into the end zone. Perhaps a punt return designed to completely divert defenders to the wrong side of the field. Maybe a pass play that looks like a running play, until...
What could masters like David Copperfield or Pen and Teller lend to developing such specialty plays ?
