Watch the highlights of the Super Bowl and focus on Aaron Rodgers footwork. Notice that he's stepping into his throws even if he's off balance? Then watch any highlight reel of him from this season.

Definitely. Nice game by Rodgers. But there were still multiple scrambles and straight up arm throws in that game. But when he had a solid foundation and stepped up, the throws were beautiful.

Aaron's our franchise QB. The only time Tolzien or Hundley should be seeing the field is the preseason, the Packers are up 30 in the second half for mop up duty, or Aaron is hurt and can't play.

And that is something I just haven't really noticed from him this season.
There are just too many times where he has room and he is just not stepping into his throw and nearly each time the ball is off the mark.
It's frustrating to see because He's one of the best quarterbacks in the league and it seems rudimentary to continue throwing the ball off balance when it's not required.

Tell me about it.
Greg Jennings was a hell of a route runner.

In addition to what I wrote in the opening post, I am adding the 15 games Aaron Rodgers has played this season and his quarterback rating. This is for a quarterback who has over 100 rating for his CAREER.
I really am starting to believe something is physically wrong with Aaron because he's off target and he's just not taking off running when he's had the room.

  1. 140.5 @Bears
  2. 116.9 vs Seahawks
  3. 138.5 vs Chiefs
  4. 99 @49ers
  5. 82.8 vs Rams
  6. 107.7 vs Chargers
  7. 69.7 @Broncos
  8. 96.6 @Panthers
  9. 83.6 vs Lions
  10. 86.9 @Vikings
  11. 62.4 vs Bears
  12. 96.2 @Lions
  13. 99.5 vs Cowboys
  14. 68.8 @Raiders
  15. 66.2 @Cardinals

I think he's got some kind of issue with his throwing shoulder.
A few games ago Rodgers got tapped on his shoulder pad and stayed down for a while retieing the shoelaces on both his shoes?
It was just an arm hit, but it looked like it hurt and he was taking time trying to recover before standing back up.

He definitely looks different.
Way too many flutter balls from Rodgers this year as a result of him not stepping into his throws.

He looks different, like a guy who is hurt. But I dont buy that he's hurt.
He's had small stretches playing great. He always had great accuracy on the move when feet were not set; that cross field throw that Adams caught and didn't stay in bounds was physically unbelievable. The hail mary, physically amazing.
AR looks different physically because we've never seen him so mentally indecisive, mentally ill-prepared and scared.

That said it's possible he is hurt and has moments where he can completely block it out.

But he'd be getting treatment; the jackwad GB press or lose lipped players would let the cat out of the bag. TT would know if AR's getting treatment and he would know by not putting him on injury report he risks losing a pick.

AR is not hurt!
