The point here is that teams are dumb for mortgaging their future for one guy.
Has it ever worked out for a team to do this?
Packers for Hadl, Vikings for Walker, Saints for Williams, 'Taters for RGIII, now Eagles for Wentz.
No one player is worth all that risk unless they are so sure fire that you can count on the value.
Even if Wentz is a Pro Bowler, is he worth like 5 guys?
I doubt it.
Despite the current mantra, I think a team can win without a great QB if they have a good team otherwise.
(Manning and Osweiler had horrible numbers last year).
