Yes, and there's something to the fact that doing so would have accomplished nothing, but at this point I've seen/heard many QBs take blame and it just feels like Aaron always gets close but never truly says "the buck stops here". I can see an argument for being a team guy, but you're the leader.

All of this may be true. I don't really watch player interviews, so I can't offer an opinion on the feel of his statements. But I stick to my statement that multiple other coaches in the NFL could be highly successful with Aaron Rodgers. He's a great talent at the most important position. Do whatever it takes to get him right. If McCarthy can't do it, someone else needs to be brought in that can. He's the Packers best hope for success. Hundley is definitely not ready, and might not ever be.

We have totally forgotten about our bread and butter screens and quick slants? Also apparently were picked up Cook as a decoy because we certainly haven't got him into the flow of our offense. 3rd and one we go for the end zone...fourth and 1 we run Starks?? M M shit himself here. Did Ripkowski even see the field tonight? We don't need to reinvent the wheel but I think a return to a more basic west coast offense could turn our Offensive woe's around.

DoddPower;356823I stand by my statement! The Packers simply aren't a good team. It's funny how so many Packers fans thought the Jaguars were all of sudden a very good team, too. The Chargers put that theory to rest for the moment. The Packers are average . . . at best.

It's seems like the biggest issues are on Mike and Aaron. Their decision making has been shit.

While I feel we got hosed on the 4th and 1 spot, it still would have made more sense to kick the 3. If you feel the need to run it on 4th down - at least have Lacy run it.

Aaron holding the ball too long rather than taking the 5 yard completion has been hurting this offense. Notice when he started taking the shorter throws over the middle - they moved the damn chains! The big plays will open up when they have to start defending closer to the LOS - not hard to figure that out. If Aaron had been taking some underneath throws, we probably would have seen a 14 point lead at the half and that pick wouldn't have been so devastating.

The defense played ok, but gave up too many big plays. While it was great to see them playing the run well - they were getting torched by a mediocre QB. They need to find some balance, but this loss is not on them - they only gave up 17.

DarkaneRules;356820Mike just fell on the sword like I knew he would. Wondering if Aaron will do the same.

He tried to, but he fumbled the sword.
