He was a heck of a leader, but if go back and look at tapes of Favve the last five years, you'd notice that when the team played badly and he got frustrated he'd throw interception upon interception and was actually a part of the problem in the losing under Sherman.

Baloney, there is one way to get off the field, make plays, like that one Williams just made.
The problem with this defense is that under Sanders they have a history of often time playing only two downs and then they consistently give up big yards on third and long.
It's not offense's fault that the defense can't get a 3 and out.
