I saw the Eagles trying to use a Malcom Jenkins as a spy, it didn't work. Wilson basically just stood in the pocket and made Jenkins a player without an option to have an impact.
If we play our game, play our assignments, pieces will fall in our favor.
The difference with the Eagles and Packers is I believe Packers have a better pass rush so he won't be able to sit in the pocket long.
I'm not sure. I just don't want us using a spy. It is too easy to go from 11 guys on defense down to 10 with a smart QB like Wilson.

Well the Seahawks had a tough game against the Eagles, considering the fact Carson Wentz was also injured I doubt they would of pulled away with a WIN if he didn't get injured.
Wilson had a good game but not a great game. The 53 pass TD to Metcalf was pretty much the game. The Eagles limited him to only 45 yards rushing wish is really good.
I know what you mean regarding losing a player on defense on babysitting duties but so that Wilson won't kill us with the run. The good thing with the spy is that it can help the run game if they ever decide to run the ball. I mean it's either your going to spy or double coverage on Metcalf if not one of them is going to kill you. I rather take my chances with Metcalf vs our DB's then Wilson running all over the defense. We just have to hope our front 4 push enough to get in to Wilson's pocket so we don't need to keep blitzing the whole game.

I'm assuming Kevin King will be on Metcalf. I also assume King will play press coverage and therefore I want a Safety over the top.
I'm of the belief that Wilson running won't beat us and Wilson passing can.
Now if King shows to have Metcalf under control and Wilson is moving the chains, then I switch it up and put a spy on him.

The WR vs DB matchup looks like it will be the key to this game. If King & Alexander hold the line against Metcalf & Lockett, I think it will be very difficult for Seattle to win with the state of their run game and the weakness of their O-line against the pass rush.
