Dude had no one around him last year. He was just out there winging it. Yeah, 17 INTs. Nobody was getting open.

The deep ball accuracy will come with proper footwork. Matt is going to groom him. Build his offense around him. Put him in high percentage situations.

This would be a problem if he had to start as a rookie. But he went to a team with an established veteran. He gets time to develop. (Not to jinx of course.)
Matt should have time to get him ready.
