You guys are set to do pretty well next year to be honest. The team has youth, draft picks and cap room so if your front office does a good job of talent evaluation and development you will have good years ahead.
Of course I am hoping your front office screws up and hoses the franchise for a generation but I am biased.
Really you have had a darn good run since the early 90's so if it takes a few years to get built back up you really can't complain too much.

You have it bad? Think about Seattle Fans...
Mariners- Worst record in baseball(bad team for about 3 years now)
Sonics- No longer in town :(
Seahawks- Mike Holmgren is leaving, and 3-11 currently
Huskies Football- 0-12 season
Cougars Football- 1-11 season
Now I'm only really a fan of the Mariners, but man think how tough its been for Seatown folk. The WNBA team is really the only Pro sport having any kind of success. We have a few great High School football teams though. Bellevue and Skyline.

Things are rough in WA. for sports fans these days.If you need a place to drown your sorrows, stop by a bar downtown by Qwest called the Hawks Nest. They have great food and a great selection of beers.Say hi to Rachel the owner for me.She's a good friend.

Obviously the Packers.
&
My favourite Aussie Rules team did similar to what the Packers did last season.
Finished with 15 wins, 6 losses and 1 tie and then in the finals they lost the game which would have put them in Grand Final.
Wasn't too dissapointing though, was a good year considering the year before they only won 9 games.
They are the only 2 teams that I really follow passionately.

Packers- obvious
Yankees- continue to spend millions upon millions on free agents, when that spending hasn't worked for the last 8 years.
Look at the guys who produced for that team this last season.
All but one were brought up through the farm system.
Get the hint, Steinbrenners?
(I'm probably the most reluctant Yankees fan you'll ever meet.
I pretty much hate everything about how my team is run.)
Knicks- well, pretty much every Knicks fan is going to be complacent until we get LeBron in 2010.
Hawkeyes- four losses by a COMBINED total of 12 points (give us two of those wins and we're talking about a completely different season), and being given the Outback Bowl instead of outright earning it.
