Today I took LJ out to a “swanky” restaurant called Kwik Trip. The lady inside was giving away free samples of their chicken Alfredo. (Why they call poor Alfredo, chicken, is beyond me. Seems very mean)
Anyway.....to make a short story long, I asked the lady for TWO samples, and I took them out to LJ, where we ate them in the parking lot.

But congratulations, you've kept her from divorcing you, or killing you with a frypan longer than I've been alive!

And I'm truely always happy to hear about long term coupes as it seems too often in today's younger world marriages don't even like one decade, much less two. And you got four! Congratulations!

And I’m the family cook, so I just put all the frying pans (and sharp knives) on a shelf too high for her to reach!
She tried to do me in with a plastic knife once.....she “sawed” on me for 45 minutes, and it only left a rash!😂

But you are right, most marriages don’t make it to 40 years now a days. So it’s an accomplishment.
