Sean Mannion will get the start. 7th year guy, but hasn't throw a pass in a regular season game since 2019. Career stats: 45/74, 384 yards, 0 TDs, 3 INTs, 57.5 rating, 3 sacks, 4 fumbles - 2 lost.
I'm thinking two INTs returned for TDs from Rasul Douglas lol.

Vikings beat the Packers earlier in 2021 because the Packers OLBers we're all injured and Kirk Cousins had a great day...
But in 2020 the Vikings beat the Packers at Lambeau Field with Cousins only throwing 14 passes... while Dalvin Cook ran for 163 yards running and picked up another 63 receiving... and the Packers offense going for some 4th and more than 8 yards instead of kicking a 50 yard FG or punting, and failing to pick up 4th and long nor kicking it.
So they very well could be looking at a heavy run game plan again, but hopefully we got Gary and Campbell this time.

Cleveland proved you can run the ball going over 200 yards on the ground. Win a lot of the metrics such as time of possession, first downs, total yards, yards per play and 3rd down efficiency and still lose the game.

Yeah if the QB spots you four INTs... but what if they don't give their struggling QB that many chances to screw up?

I expected the ints to come up. Baker Mayfield >
Sean Mannion any day of the week.

Won't be as much of a test as I thought it would be without Cousins. Not to jinx us of course.
We've been skating by on last minute miracles all season, blaming it on injuries. Time to start finishing these games with solid efforts.
Be cool if we could rest Aaron's foot for a couple weeks. Clinch HFA, start Love next week, and have a bye. We'd get Wildcard Week, then a bye, right? That would be three weeks all in all?

A little bit of a sluggish start but ultimately took care of business. Vikings were overmatched vs the D but Cook was shut down and the tackling looked a lot better than it has recently.
