I never liked Bill when I was a kid. He always beat the crap out of my Lakers teams.
Later I learned he was a class act. I tried to feel bad for how I thought of him but couldn't. I still didn't like him.
As the decades rolled by I mellowed a little. And yet still didn't like him very much. I tried. Sorry.
He was a heck of a basketball player but better as a man off the court.
