bboystyle;453106Got a bad feeling about this one. We've been splitting games with the Vikes and we usually come out piss poor early on the season. If our D is legit, they should keep us in the game but for how long? They can get tired out easily being the first real action game.
Wouldnt be surprise to see a 24-13 type of loss
We came out slow last year. Remember some of these games. Remember when we played the Bears week one? "We have a defense." 👍
This game's gonna, be fun to watch.

So, neutral field, Packers favored by half point. This is far from being neutral field.
Win or Lose, I just want them to come out healthy.

With Bahktari and Jenkins out, who do you think the starting 5 will be on the offensive line?
I would like to see Tom, Newman, Myers, Runyan, Nijman.
But I expect it will be Newman, Hanson, Myers, Runyan, Nijman, based on some comments from coach Lafleur that he was comfortable with Newman at RT.
In either case, I guess we'll see some 2 TE sets and WRs and RBs chipping to give the tackles help.

Who knows on Opening day.
Neither team played starters in preseason .
Advantage Defense, advantage Packers!
Hopefully The Packers can 2 headed monster running game in gear!
AJ squared will combine for 180yds rushing, 120yd receiving. 3tds
Packers win 27-20
BOOK IT!!!

Thought they'd go Njiman at LT and Tom at RT, so this blows my mind a bit.

Ugly game. Special teams only facet that wasn't awful. HC said at half time energy wasn't good in players. That's on him. Another game Packers get punched in mouth and flounder.

When either JRJ or Jenkins get back healthy, can we fire Jake Hanson into the sun and start Tom?

I don't get the "energy" thing. They are supposed to be pro athletes. They are getting paid to perform. They aren't children. They should be able to get their OWN energy up for a big game.
I've been on several championship bowling teams. We never needed someone to get us to be our best.
The competition provided that.
And I wasn't getting paid for it
