Apparently Zach Tom left the game with an injury and nobody noticed.

I believe that's back to back weeks now that WR Wicks has dropped a TD and the Packers have had to settle for a FG.
I believe he lead the NCAA in dropped percentage one of his last two years, which is why I thought he would be off the Packers draft board.
All that's fine and good, but the coaches doing coach speak that they can coach it out of him (and maybe they can) but lots of coaches have made claims like that and usually turn out false. If you're going to draft a receiver, make sure they can catch, thank you.
Also, it doesn't help that the next WR taken after Wicks was Rams WR Puka Nacua, whom is setting records, with 25 catches in his first two games, both of which over 115 yards in both games.
That's one thing I loved about Ted Thompson receivers, you absolutely knew they would be able to catch, and even they went through their periods of drops, especially in their first two years, but they have a great college track record and improved in the pros. Now, Thompson choices didn't have speed, and I like that Gute factors that in, but maybe some sort of compromise that factors in both?
Note, the guys I would of drafted instead are sitting on other teams benches, so not suggesting I could do better, but need to make the catches when they come your way.
I know this is a young team and young teams are mistake prone and expected that this year, but this, team wide, is almost too many mistakes putting themselves into too many holes.

Packers don't win the turnover battle, but win the score war.

That first half was painful to watch.
I assume the tide turned when Carr got knocked out.
I tuned back in during the 4th quarter down 17-3.
Fully expected them to lose 20-18 but missed FG we'll take it.
A W is a W.

My wife and I were on the way home while listening to the game. When the Sant's kicker missed the FG we both screamed like 12 yo girls.
I hated MLF going for it on 4th and 2 in the first quarter. I didn't think the offense had showed any rhythm at that point. While the annoucers loved the flea flicker call, I didn't. Too many moving parts. Finally the 2 point attempt was very gutsy. I was surprised they would go for it then.

I didn't mind them going for it on 4th and 2 but I really hated that play call for the same reason you did.
The 2 pt attempt surprised me too but thinking about and how aggressive MLF was, I think he wanted to come out and set a tone for today and the season after blowing the 12 point lead last week.

With the two point attempt, I was thinking that might be the ball game if they don't make it, so I was surprised they were going for it early.

Yeah it was definitely risky move but MLF was comfortable winning or losing this game on attacking and being aggressive vs just playing the odds. Sends a message to the young guys: go down swinging. And not to go full nerdmann but I think MLF wanted to avoid OT at that point with a Thursday game looming.

buckeyepackfan;459862Fuck that conceed bullshit!
Take that negativity to social media, they'll love you.(nerd)
Matt Lefleur hasn't lost a Home opener yet.
Not gonna happen today!
Packers 23
Saints 21
Special teams coming up big today.
BOOK IT!!!!
If by big you mean giving up 7 points 😬
The Saints special teams coordinator is considered the best in the league by most. We tried to land him but refused to pony up the cash. I love your optimism though!! WE NEED THAT
