It blocks me until I clear the cache then I can get back in for a few minutes the shuts me down again.

I'm not sure if you have the same internet provider. That's what I and my dad have. I'm fine, BUT, I bought my own modem and my own router so I have full control. My dad uses their equipment and he cannot get to either www.packershome.com or www.cfmstats.com

it's their router but our booster. I notified Comcast yesterday. It's 3 business days for them.

Hmm. Okay, thank you. So, hopefully it's ONLY packershome that's having issues.
PackersHome and CFMStats are two completely different websites, hosted by different companies and both use different methods of SSL.
When I saw BOTH were blocked, I felt a little targeted!!! haha
