2. Since we are facing a rookie QB, we will likely give up 250+ passing yards.
3. i will be very interested in how Love does against a very good passing defense.
4. It would be nice to have Reed, Wicks, and Watson

Eric Stokes has been added to the injury report with a hamstring injury and is OUT.
Wonderful. Missing our top 3 preferred CB’s from the beginning of the season going against the best receiver in football. (Alexander, Douglas, Stokes). 2 of which were somewhat self inflicted.

Ironically for all the complaining about Barry's playcalling, this is probably the game to rely on zone to keep everything in front of the defense with the current DB depth. I dont think the Vikings have a strong run game. If I had to guess I think the Vikes will try to move the pocket and run a lot of crossers to make life easy for Hall.

The Vikings may not have a strong run game, but we are very good at making teams look good at things they are normally bad at.

At face value, this is a game we should win without much trouble... but our already struggling defense is neutered in the secondary. Hoping we don't see yet another joke of a QB torch us, but that's something we've seen a lot of lately. JJ will likely be a problem, as he usually is.
Offense will have to keep their foot on the gas - with our secondary being what it is. Hoping to see long drives to help out the defense - looking at you Jones and Dillon.
Still, I'm taking us to win a game that will probably be closer than it should be - let's beat the purple chokers!

If Stokes and Alexander were playing, I would still think this is going to be a loss. That first game Vikings did whatever they wanted to our offense. The offensive game plan had just 13 runs which isn't really ideal. Jordan Love ran it 4 times on top of that. I'm guessing he was running for his life, not a called run.
And that was at Lambeau Field where Vikings struggle with footing. This game is in their stadium.
I think this one gets ugly, and gets ugly quick. Our only hope is their QB cannot hit the broad side of a barn.

If they play like they did against the Lions and the Chiefs, they will win. If they play like they did against the Raiders and the Giants, they will lose.
